Leonard was right on time. He was very polite. After a short time found very small drip. Took out shut off valve. Replaced it, then vacuumed water from around base. Now good as new.

They have been the team servicing my residence for the past year, for routine maintenance and an install of a surge protector. They are always very professional, explain what they are doing and just very pleasant gentleman. They are a big part of why I recommend Robinson to all my friends and family.
Today Adam came out for routine maintenance and, as usual, the service was exceptional. He was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and fixed some minor things that he noticed like areas that needed to be properly sealed in the closet with the unit. I have never had a bad experience with Robinson Air and will continue to use and recommend the company.

Got a text stating that the tech was enroute to my home and included the name and picture of said tech. Sure enough, Adam showed up just as expected shortly after. He introduced himself and was very kind. He told me what he was going to do, and when done, he explained everything to me. Adam did so well explaining that I had no questions to ask of him. Not sure how we came across Robinson Air, but super glad we did! We will continue using them and certainly recommend them to everyone!
