The technician was very professional and clear about the services provided and future recommendations. Very good about keeping me knowledgeable about progress and completion. Understanding with my questions.

My relationship with Robinson Air started this past summer with an A/C check up. That went well, so when I needed my ducts cleaned, I called again. That went well, too. So, when I needed an entire new HVAC system, guess who I called?

I couldn’t be more pleased. Job well done! I’ve found my air conditioning experts.

Update: i’ve been a Robinson Air customer for eight years now. Today Brandon came and gave my system a tuneup. He’s the same guy that installed it back in 2018! That’s one of my favorite things about Robinson Air. Their employees are like family.

Brandon is great, this our second visit from him and he is very professional and respectful!

Got a text stating that the tech was enroute to my home and included the name and picture of said tech. Sure enough, Adam showed up just as expected shortly after. He introduced himself and was very kind. He told me what he was going to do, and when done, he explained everything to me. Adam did so well explaining that I had no questions to ask of him. Not sure how we came across Robinson Air, but super glad we did! We will continue using them and certainly recommend them to everyone!

Ruben and Damond did an outstanding job replacing the sewer line in the back yard. These two professionals are experienced and excel in their profession. They were fast meticulous and continually informed me on progress. They left the yard in amazing shape considering they replaced the line from front to back. Outstanding work guys. Our house has been terrible at staying cool during the summer. We had to get most of our A/C vents up sized to cool the house better and got the attic insulation done too! It was way overdue! Those guys did a great job!
