We had sewage coming up in our shower and toilet almost overflowing. Ryan came in and got right to work and fixed our problem! He was amazing with communicating what he was doing, being careful in our new house and cleaned the bathroom so good it looked like he was never even there!!! He was fantastic and made us feel better if we ever need to call a plumber again we will definitely be using this company again!

Update:: just had our spring checkup with Kerwin Clift inspecting our unit. Again, wonderful service with a very knowledgeable technician!!! Our unit has worked well, given us great temperature control in our home and our electric bill has dropped. We are very happy with our purchase!! 4-20-2026 We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!
