We have used Robinson air for 12 years. They’re absolutely the best company that I’ve ever worked with and I’m 70 years old. They are polite professional they’re very well organized. They’re very fast and efficient. The people that they have working for them are polite very professional. I’ve worked with Adam. I’ve worked with Kevin. I’ve worked with Emily. They are a wonderful company. The people that started this company obviously had a vision and I would recommend them very, very highly. They just got done installing an absolute complete unit everything and the technicians were Jacob and Nick absolutely polite as I said before very professional, extremely fast and thorough. They rechecked everything three times before they left and walked it through me. I would absolutely recommend them. The whole company is exceptional.

Good to see Kevin again for our scheduled maintenance, because he's great! Thorough and friendly plus he brought a cool breeze, it was amazing! Lol

We had a sewer line issue and Robinson Air & Plumbing took care of us. They are all very professional and courteous. The only available appointment was for a few days out, but there was a cancellation and was able to send someone out that same day. Lenard was our plumber, and I cannot express how great he is. He explained everything in detail, he laid out the service and costs, and didn't push any other services we didn't need. He was very professional, but he is also very personable (he told us some great stories). If we ever need their services again, I am definitely calling Robinson Air. Thank you again for the great work! And Lenard deserves a raise.

Brandon performance was excellent in taking action upon his arrival, extremely friendly and courteous. He figured the issue with our HVAC not working properly within 10 minutes after his arrival. Once identified and fixed the problem he moved on in the additional steps to ensure system did not have other problems. Brandon is an excellent employee .

Our 24-year-old air-conditioning unit finally went completely out. There was no more piecing this thing together—it was time for a new one!

So we called Robinson’s Air, and they had Adam at our house within an hour to an hour and a half. He went over everything with us about our old unit, sat down with us, explained our options, and helped us choose the best one for our home.

After we filled out the necessary paperwork, Adam left, and within the next two hours, they had delivered portable air-conditioning units for us to use until our new system could be installed the next morning.

At 6:00 AM, Jacob and Nick showed up and got right to work. Those young men worked hard ALL day long! They were incredibly good at explaining every single step to my husband—and trust me, he had about 1,000 questions! 😂

They did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous, professional, and their work ethic was exceptional.

I would absolutely call Robinson’s Air again, and I would most definitely ask for the dream team: Adam, Jacob, and Nick! They took what could have been a very stressful situation and made it as easy as possible for us.

We replaced our system a couple years ago and we’ve had a couple minor issues but we’ve always been able to get someone out very quickly to do what was needed to get everything back to perfect the technician’s are always quick to arrive, very professional, friendly, and explain exactly what the issue was. We hate having any issues with our system but we couldn’t ask for a quicker or better response when we need service. The routine checkups are always quick efficient and on time and the technicians are always very friendly and answer any questions we might have.

They were here within 2 hours of calling. Manny immediately knew what needed fixed, gave me a quote and had everything fixed up in a very short amount of time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robinson Air for some important plumbing work at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician, Ruben, was truly outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft.

Ruben installed a new drain extension that now gives my washer and kitchen sink their own separate drainage systems. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even went above and beyond what was expected to ensure the job was done perfectly and everything was left clean and tidy.

My mom has annual maintenance for heat and air the Robinson people are always prompt and courteous. From the initial call through the process of checking things out every aspect of service is great.

Highly recommend. Professional and easy to work with. Manny was the technician who did the tune up for our AC unit, he was courteous, efficient, and thorough. UPDATE: Since then, I've used Robinson Plumbing multiple times - had a water heater leaking and ready to blow, some unknown water leaks; the Plumbing side of the house hits it out of the park, too. It's really nice having both HVAC and Plumbing under one service, since they're able to see the service history for the residence and know what they're going into.

I had to replace my entire HVAC system, so I went with an upgraded system, with a higher Seer rating and a more efficient Lenox system. Kyle provided great service abd support, with great attention to detail while installing. The newer system is super quiet.

Robinson Air replaced my aging ac system, furnace, and ducts, and put insulation through my attic and added some returns and a vent in the laundry room. The work took several days over the course of two weeks. There were a few days we went without ac so Robinson delivered several portable units which kept it cool. Wes and Carlos did most of the work. They were professional and informed me of their progress each day. I appreciated their cordial demeanor and care they took to clean up. They also took care around my furniture. There are a few areas that the carpenters are coming back out to fix and I won't really know how well the system works until I go through an Oklahoma winter and summer. The ac is controlled by the wall thermostat or an app. The inside unit was moved to the attic and opened up a closet for another use. The outside unit is much smaller too and they are both very quiet. Overall it was a good experience. Update: The AC is running well. Kevin came out today to tune it up, replace filters, and do a cleaning treatment. Super kind, friendly guy. He patiently ordered new filter sizes and answered my billing questions. Thanks!

From the nightmare of finding an old air system leaking water into garage and under the tile flooring of kitchen ... to a well explained professional and friendly review with several options to fix, replace, upgrade etc. So happy we called them. They addressed ALL our concerns and questions. Same day inspection and fast scheduling. Will definately sleep better tonight. Day one of installation. So fast and well done. Jacob and partner are easy to communicate with and very courteous. Almost done. Final ... beautiful system and water heater. Air scrubber is a noticeable difference in air quality too. Every followup tweaks were handled really fast and professionably. Friendly people working for this company. Plumber Mr Wilkes and tech Adam Freeman have 5 star ratings too. Our rental company has been using Robinson since we moved in 2 years ago. They’ve always done an alright job, nothing to write home about though. However, the most recent visit was a new technician, Adam, and he did a phenomenal job. He was so respectful, shook both mine and my husband’s hands when he came in. No previous techs have done that. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything he was doing. He seemed genuinely passionate about his job and that makes all the difference in service careers, like HVAC. If there is a way for us to request only Adam from here on out, I will.

10/10. Amazing. I sent a request last night via the company website and got a call around 9 A.M this morning saying a Plumber would be available between now and Noon. Within 45 minutes Ruben called me and said he was on his was. Ruben came to service a clog in my bathroom. I spent hours the night before snaking it with no luck. He explained what he wanted to do and gave me some options to choose from. I decided and he cleared the drain and ran a camera so we can see whats going on. He was extremely poliet, professional, understanding and quick in everything he did. Not only that, he was respectful of our home and treated it as his own. My past two experiences with this company has lifted a great weight of my shoudlers. I HIGHLY recommend calling Robinson for any plumbing needs. If you're concerned about the price, just know that you are getting high quality, honest working men and woman who truly do care and who want to help.

Nick and Kerwin from Robinson Air completely exceeded my expectations during our full HVAC system replacement. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of my home. Nick handled all of the indoor work up in the attic, taking care of the ductwork and ventilation components with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was properly installed and functioning as it should. Kerwin worked on the outdoor unit and system setup, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing—everything was handled efficiently and with care. What really stood out to me was how well they communicated throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and even showed me pictures so I could understand the work being done behind the scenes. That level of transparency meant a lot. On top of that, they left my home just as clean as they found it—no mess, no debris, nothing left behind. It’s not always easy having major work done in your home, but Nick and Kerwin made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re getting HVAC work done, I highly recommend asking for them. You’ll be in great hands.

I had my first AC system maintenance from Manny, with Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable, as is anyone I have dealt with from the company. After servicing the equipment in the attic he went outside to service the compressor. He found out he couldn’t remove the circuit breaker from the back of the unit. Due to some loose wiring the connection had heated up and melted the breaker switch in place. Manny was able to fix the problem completely. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing!

From the day I called for an estimate to fix a plumbing leak in my front yard, to the day Reuben Montanez and Ryan came to repair it has been the most awesome experience. They were so polite and helpful! They worked hard and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. And the price of the replacement was very affordable. From the nightmare of finding an old air system leaking water into garage and under the tile flooring of kitchen ... to a well explained professional and friendly review with several options to fix, replace, upgrade etc. So happy we called them. They addressed ALL our concerns and questions. Same day inspection and fast scheduling. Will definately sleep better tonight. Day one of installation. So fast and well done. Jacob and partner are easy to communicate with and very courteous. Almost done. Final ... beautiful system and water heater. Air scrubber is a noticeable difference in air quality too. Every followup tweaks were handled really fast and professionably. Friendly people working for this company. Plumber Mr Wilkes and tech Adam Freeman have 5 star ratings too. We will be using the semi annual system checks too. Thank you everyone.

Great service in and out really quick and efficient… I had manny notify me he was on his way and found the problem with my AC really quickly helped and even explained the issue so I understood what the issue was. Super polite and overall and good experience even being on a Sunday

Can’t sing enough praise of William and Christian my AC techs that came out today. They cleaned my system up, and went above and beyond to install new drainage pump. Prices were insanely reasonable. Absolute amazing customer service.
