Leonard was right on time. He was very polite. After a short time found very small drip. Took out shut off valve. Replaced it, then vacuumed water from around base. Now good as new.

Just wanted to add to my initial review to give a shout out to Kevin and Mike. They have been the team servicing my residence for the past year, for routine maintenance and an install of a surge protector. They are always very professional, explain what they are doing and just very pleasant gentleman. They are a big part of why I recommend Robinson to all my friends and family.

Today Adam came out for routine maintenance and, as usual, the service was exceptional. He was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and fixed some minor things that he noticed like areas that needed to be properly sealed in the closet with the unit. I have never had a bad experience with Robinson Air and will continue to use and recommend the company.

Seasonal check on our furnace and a warranty check on the condenser unit. Brandon did a very good job with the systems and kept me apprised.

My relationship with Robinson Air started this past summer with an A/C check up. That went well, so when I needed my ducts cleaned, I called again. That went well, too. So, when I needed an entire new HVAC system, guess who I called?

I couldn’t be more pleased. Job well done! I’ve found my air conditioning experts.

Update: i’ve been a Robinson Air customer for eight years now. Today Brandon came and gave my system a tuneup. He’s the same guy that installed it back in 2018! That’s one of my favorite things about Robinson Air. Their employees are like family.

Brandon is great, this our second visit from him and he is very professional and respectful!

Got a text stating that the tech was enroute to my home and included the name and picture of said tech. Sure enough, Adam showed up just as expected shortly after. He introduced himself and was very kind. He told me what he was going to do, and when done, he explained everything to me. Adam did so well explaining that I had no questions to ask of him. Not sure how we came across Robinson Air, but super glad we did! We will continue using them and certainly recommend them to everyone!

Our house has been terrible at staying cool during the summer. We had to get most of our A/C vents up sized to cool the house better and got the attic insulation done too! It was way overdue! Those guys did a great job!

Adam is literally the most down to earth HVAC technician. He is 100% brutally honest whether it's good news or bad news. He is extremely knowledgeable. His experience is over 10 years and has practiced in multiple states. Definitely a valuable asset to Robinson Air & plumbing. He stayed for an extra hour and a half and answered the extra 100 questions that me and my wife had for him.

Adam Freeman and Nick Bennett were very thorough, professional and personable. Nick even crawled into our attic to show us what is going on up there and it wasn't pretty! We appreciate both of these young men. Ended up financing a new unit as our 30 year old unit is no longer repairable. They went over several options to be sure we could pick the option best for our needs. Waved the service charge as we are purchasing a new unit. Look forward to the install.

Reuben and Ryan finished installing all the Trim in my walk-in shower remodel, could not be happier with their knowledge, expertise and the care they took while working in our home.

For future Plumbing needs we will request Reuben and Ryan as our Technicians.

They got us fixed up great! We were new to the area and never used them before but they came out same-day to fix our AC issue. GREATLY appreciated how fast they came. The technician Manny was friendly, nice, very competent, and figured out and solved our issue within 5 minutes of getting there. Price was super reasonable, too. Love this place, and we'll absolutely use them again!

We had a sewer line issue and Robinson Air & Plumbing took care of us. They are all very professional and courteous. The only available appointment was for a few days out, but there was a cancellation and was able to send someone out that same day. Lenard was our plumber, and I cannot express how great he is. He explained everything in detail, he laid out the service and costs, and didn't push any other services we didn't need. He was very professional, but he is also very personable (he told us some great stories). If we ever need their services again, I am definitely calling Robinson Air. Thank you again for the great work! And Lenard deserves a raise.

Brandon performance was excellent in taking action upon his arrival, extremely friendly and courteous. He figured the issue with our HVAC not working properly within 10 minutes after his arrival. Once identified and fixed the problem he moved on in the additional steps to ensure system did not have other problems. Brandon is an excellent employee .

Our 24-year-old air-conditioning unit finally went completely out. There was no more piecing this thing together—it was time for a new one!

So we called Robinson’s Air, and they had Adam at our house within an hour to an hour and a half. He went over everything with us about our old unit, sat down with us, explained our options, and helped us choose the best one for our home.

After we filled out the necessary paperwork, Adam left, and within the next two hours, they had delivered portable air-conditioning units for us to use until our new system could be installed the next morning.

At 6:00 AM, Jacob and Nick showed up and got right to work. Those young men worked hard ALL day long! They were incredibly good at explaining every single step to my husband—and trust me, he had about 1,000 questions! 😂

They did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous, professional, and their work ethic was exceptional.

I would absolutely call Robinson’s Air again, and I would most definitely ask for the dream team: Adam, Jacob, and Nick! They took what could have been a very stressful situation and made it as easy as possible for us.

We replaced our system a couple years ago and we’ve had a couple minor issues but we’ve always been able to get someone out very quickly to do what was needed to get everything back to perfect the technician’s are always quick to arrive, very professional, friendly, and explain exactly what the issue was. We hate having any issues with our system but we couldn’t ask for a quicker or better response when we need service. The routine checkups are always quick efficient and on time and the technicians are always very friendly and answer any questions we might have.

They were here within 2 hours of calling. Manny immediately knew what needed fixed, gave me a quote and had everything fixed up in a very short amount of time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robinson Air for some important plumbing work at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician, Ruben, was truly outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft.

Ruben installed a new drain extension that now gives my washer and kitchen sink their own separate drainage systems. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even went above and beyond what was expected to ensure the job was done perfectly and everything was left clean and tidy.

Not the first time Brandon has done work at our house. He is always knowledgeable, courteous and on time. If I had a choice of a tech to do work at my house it would be Brandon. If there is an employee recognition program he should get the June award. All perk was under warranty.

Kevin has been truly helpful in getting my A/C concerns addressed. When he couldn't fix the issue by himself he immediately got ahold of the people that could to get it resolved. Really professional.

The technician Kevin Ballard in my personal opinion is probably the best Heat And Air Tech that I’ve seen in Lawton in a long time he was upfront, honest offered solutions and even came back later when he couldn’t complete what he needed to to get the job done

Our air conditioning went out today and I called this company. They were very efficient and helped guide us from the service call all the way through purchasing a new system. They even brought us portable air conditioning to help alleviate the heat. Very much appreciated during this time.
