We had to replace a worn out cast iron pipe and it was a major job. Reuben was our plumber and did a fantastic job! He explained everything that had to be done and went beyond just replacing a 50 year old pipe. He was professional and has the best customer service attitude I have ever seen in a plumber. They were were quite exceptional in their knowledge and workmanship. They went above and beyond to get the new system put in and the old system removed. The old unit probably weighed more than both of them combined. They were very helpful in making sure I had all my questions answered. They deserve a bonus just dealing with the removal of the old system. Thank you Robinson Air

Called to have someone check out our furnace and they sent someone out same day. Our technician Manny was friendly and professional, and did a good job explaining things in an understandable way. Overall the value for service was really reasonable.

Kerwin and Nick did a great job and helped me out a lot.

The person they sent was Ruben. He was so nice. It was snowing, icy and freezing but he still greeted me with an introduction and a smile. He explained what was wrong with our fireplace in terms that I could understand and let me know about the plumbing deals going on AND discounts that were available if we signed up for a membership. Because of Ruben, we now have a reliable company that we can depend on and a safe gas line for a cozy fire.

Robinson Air & Heating came out on the worst possible weather day & were very fast in fixing my heating issue. I highly recommend them.

Kevin Ballard was very polite , friendly, checked our furnace, thermostat, hot water heater, and air conditioner. He even picked some boxes up in the backyard the wind had blown in that we didn't know about. Very nice person.

Adam was absolutely above exceptional in his understanding of repairing our Lennox heating system. In repairing the system he made us aware of the problem the best he could which made him seem utmostly trustworthy and the workmanship he demonstrated in fixing the heater is greatly appreciated. In my opinion, this employee is an asset to this company, a professional at his job and I would request his service in the future if needed, as well as giving Adam a great reference for a job well done.

Bought a brand new system 2 years ago from Robinson Air that wouldn't come on. They sent a tech out by the name of "Kevin Ballard ". Kevin was amazing; being that it was a 2 year old system and understanding our frustration Kevin remained calm and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was doing to fix my system issues. Mike did a fantastic job. Informative and efficient

Adam was very knowledgeable and professional! He took extra time to fix an airflow problem that we have been having for several seasons. He answered all our questions without hesitation!

Mike Heinlien came out performed routine maintenance on my A/C unit. He was very thorough with his inpection and when he spotted an issue, he explained in detail the issue and how to fix it which includled the costs. Mike was very honest in his evaluation of my unit and made some recommendations. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit and prepared all of the necessary paper work and the total costs. I was very impressed with his integrity and his work ethic. Please keep him around. Thank-you.

Jacob and Ryan they did a great job removing the old heating unit and putting in a new unit inside and outside. They were very professional in doing the job. They hauled off the old ones. They left it clean when they finished. They told me all about the unit and asked if I had any questions about it. Very nice guys. 5 Stars job.

Adam took time to explain everything to me and showed me on camera the various parts of my system that are good or may require work in the future. He made sure everything was running well and identified things previous missed by another company. He built a trust relationship and calmed my nervousness about the system. Strongly recommend.

We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!

No matter when I need them they always come through in true fashion. Twice in the past 30 days, once for my A/C and then now for a plumbing issue. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. They need to give Alexis (Sorry of if I spelled it wrong) a raise, hands down the best customer service on the planet, always compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of and rather than tell you no right away, she always lets you know that she will talk with the higher ups to see if there is a way to make it happen. She definitely deserves a huge thank you for all she does.
