We called American Home Shield and they called AllTech. We have been out of AC for 3 weeks now. We finally called Robinson Air for a second opinion. Manny came out and flipped a breaker by the unit and in 15 minutes we got air!!! Thank you so much for your thorough technicians. 15 minutes yall!

Kevin was amazing!!! He was friendly and so knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and was thorough in explaining.

The techs arrived within an hour of contacting the office. The work was completed and cleanup accomplished toot-sweet. I am a happy customer.

Called at 7am to get someone out since my AC stopped working the night before. Was told I could get put on the schedule for Friday, with it being high 90’s low 100’s that wasn’t going to work. I pay for the yearly membership to be able to have them come out within 24 hours. After going back and forth with them they finally told me they could come out today. The gentleman that came was excellent, very polite and knew what he was doing. He called me before he came and let me know he was on his way. He got here and figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away. If it wasn’t for this morning and having to go back-and-forth with the person on the phone, I would’ve given 5 stars.

Wes and Christina came to my home and put a new HVAC system in I'm satisfied with what they, I will call them again if I need to.

Kevin, called prior to coming over, and when he arrived immediately began diagnosing them problem. Once it was determined the capacitor was bad on a 20 y/o Ream unit, he described the agreed upon costs and went to work. He had my unit up and running in no time. But he did educate me that my unit is on its last leg and offered to send my info for consultation to get a new one. I look forward to doing more business with Robinson Air, primarily because Kevin showed up, showed out and represented the company well 👌

I like the way Robinson Air gives you options for different units. Other companies that I’ve used have only given me singular options. Robinson Air does an estimate and they stick to it! No surprise charges. This is worth so much.

Mike Heinlien came out performed routine maintenance on my A/C unit. He was very thorough with his inpection and when he spotted an issue, he explained in detail the issue and how to fix it which includled the costs. Mike was very honest in his evaluation of my unit and made some recommendations. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit and prepared all of the necessary paper work and the total costs. I was very impressed with his integrity and his work ethic. Please keep him around. Thank-you.

Robinson Air Got me scheduled within 30 mins of calling due to emergency AC Repair. Tech Brandon Dorman arrived he called me when he was in way and arrived promptly he diagnosed my problem and repaired it and got me running again I also had him install a google nest thermometer for me as well which he did with no Brandon was very professional and knowledgeablHihjly recommended Robinson Air for all you HVAC and plumbing needs

Outstanding like always, the tech Daniel even told of a few other things to look for when having issues which will allow me to take care of them on my own. He even fixed an issue that should have been addressed during the initial install as well scheduled services, hands down the best tech ever.

Kevin with Robinson Air took time to check every system that could be affected by the shorted circuit board. He also explained what may be able to wait and what is essential to replace. The company has lost a lot of efficiency the last 18-24 months, office/management/customer service. Our last two check-ups were three months late and we had to call to set them up even after being assure they would call and set it up. I hope the new ownership gets their act together and once again is as good as the technicians are and as good as the original owners were!

I expected a lot higher cost and if you factor in the time & (tons of) wasted effort and hassle on my part PRIOR to calling, well having Robinson service my drain should have been my first action, not my last. Painful lesson learned.

I had to do a call back on a leak that had previously been repaired behind my dry wall and Reuben came out he was very professional especially considering we were working on dinner and couldn’t get to the water heater to turn off its supply so he just did it from out side. He the after hours fee thanks to the insurance was only 55 as opposed to the normal 65. The business does guarantee their work upon completion so that’s a positive if something happens on the work they previously did.

I called five different HVAC businesses between Cache & Lawton. All have a service fee anywhere from $89, $85, & $75. Robinson is the lowest one for $65. I just needed airflow in my boy's room opened up to cool it off. The tech even showed me how to do it to help me as a homeowner. The tech that came out was very professional, honest, and great to work with. I highly recommend Manny Vega and this company, Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing. I would give 10 stars if I could! Brandon The tech from Robinson Air came out and found the leaks in the new return ductwork that was installed by Robinson Air 4 days ago. Brandon sealed up the leaks with a screw and metal tape and Brandon said that someone would be coming back to seal the ductwork with mastic paste tomorrow. Brandon did a Great job and made sure the HVAC system was working properly before he left.
