Was due for my annual tune up and noticed my ac wasn’t working properly. I called on Friday late afternoon and was told the could have someone out here Tuesday and would put me on the emergency list. They sent a young man named Adam out to service the AC units.
He noticed that one unit looked different that the other even though I told him they were supposed to match. He went into the attic and found the second units air scrubber and took pictures just validating that it was there. Robinson air had installed the units so him questioning and looking was like double checking the work. That type of honesty is nice to get especially when other HVAC companies I have caught trying to cheat me.
I can't express enough how good it is when people check their own work and just do the right thing.
