Will Robinson Air change the price after they’ve quoted me?

Outside of some sort of unique and rare circumstance, absolutely not. We’re known for our fair and transparent pricing. Do things come up, for example in plumbing work, that increase service prices? Sure, but there are NO SURPRISES with Robinson Air. You’ll be completely in the loop every step of the way.

Does Robinson Air back up HVAC work with guarantees?

You bet. We back everything we do with our iron-clad 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We’re not going to rest until you’re comfortable again and ECSTATIC that you chose Robinson Air.

Will my technicians be background checked and properly vetted?

Of course. One thing about us is that we take Customer Security as seriously as you do. Not only are we careful about who we work with and allow to wear a shirt with our family name on it, but we take steps to ensure you feel safe.

You’ll get texts and alerts about who your technician is, including a picture and a little description about who they are. You’ll know when they will arrive. The vehicle they will be in will be clearly marked. And they’re going to politely ask for permission to come into your home. At Robinson, we’re here to help you get comfortable again.

Yes! While we’ve been a trusted Heating & Air Conditioning company for a good many years now, it was an easy choice to start offering plumbing services. How long has Robinson been in business?

We started this company in 2011, but as we like to say, our roots in the area go much deeper than that. Our founders, and our team, have been serving the good people of this region for over 30 years. We here at Robinson are all looking forward to the decades to come.
