Very thorough and professional. All recommendations were clearly explained. Just wanted to add to my initial review to give a shout out to Kevin and Mike. They have been the team servicing my residence for the past year, for routine maintenance and an install of a surge protector. They are always very professional, explain what they are doing and just very pleasant gentleman. They are a big part of why I recommend Robinson to all my friends and family.

Great service and customer service care from Kevin today check whole A/C system made minor repairs had great recommendations on the system itself on how to keep up with the system. All around great experience working with Kevin felt like family coming to help.

Mr.Brandon did amazing job ! Normally other technicians come and in 5 minutes are out . One of them left a A/C hose unhook and gave an estimate for just hook the hose and put some tape on that probably take less than a minute. But Brandon went beyond of what I have seen before and cleaned the A/C unit on the back of the house that nobody had done since i have been in robinson membership. Hopefully my power bill will decrease now from over $400 that PSO is overcharging us . Thank you brandon I hope are more technician like him.

Brandon, came to our home to do an annual checkup and replace the filter. He was prompt, polite and friendly with our little dog.

At the beginning of summer in a new house we called Robinson when the ac stopped working- they forgot to check the refrigerant so multiple trips had to be made while we were in a hot house. Once that was refilled we were good to go. Kevin & Mike came back after summer to replace the filter and check on everything- Kevin was so polite and thorough explaining everything to me, I really appreciated him! If I can request the tech, I’ll request Kevin from now on!

I liked that manny and Jeremy explained what they found and didn't try to get me to buy a new air conditioner, but explained what I needed to do to keep my old air conditioner running longer. He was very professional. Showed up on time and got in and got the servicing done.

We called American Home Shield and they called AllTech. We have been out of AC for 3 weeks now. We finally called Robinson Air for a second opinion. Manny came out and flipped a breaker by the unit and in 15 minutes we got air!!! Thank you so much for your thorough technicians. 15 minutes yall!

The techs arrived within an hour of contacting the office. The work was completed and cleanup accomplished toot-sweet. I am a happy customer.

Called at 7am to get someone out since my AC stopped working the night before. Was told I could get put on the schedule for Friday, with it being high 90’s low 100’s that wasn’t going to work. I pay for the yearly membership to be able to have them come out within 24 hours. After going back and forth with them they finally told me they could come out today. The gentleman that came was excellent, very polite and knew what he was doing. He called me before he came and let me know he was on his way. He got here and figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away. If it wasn’t for this morning and having to go back-and-forth with the person on the phone, I would’ve given 5 stars.

Wes and Christina came to my home and put a new HVAC system in I'm satisfied with what they, I will call them again if I need to.

Kevin, called prior to coming over, and when he arrived immediately began diagnosing them problem. Once it was determined the capacitor was bad on a 20 y/o Ream unit, he described the agreed upon costs and went to work. He had my unit up and running in no time. But he did educate me that my unit is on its last leg and offered to send my info for consultation to get a new one. I look forward to doing more business with Robinson Air, primarily because Kevin showed up, showed out and represented the company well 👌

I like the way Robinson Air gives you options for different units. Other companies that I’ve used have only given me singular options. Robinson Air does an estimate and they stick to it! No surprise charges. This is worth so much.

Robinson Air Got me scheduled within 30 mins of calling due to emergency AC Repair. Tech Brandon Dorman arrived he called me when he was in way and arrived promptly he diagnosed my problem and repaired it and got me running again I also had him install a google nest thermometer for me as well which he did with no Brandon was very professional and knowledgeablHihjly recommended Robinson Air for all you HVAC and plumbing needs

Outstanding like always, the tech Daniel even told of a few other things to look for when having issues which will allow me to take care of them on my own. He even fixed an issue that should have been addressed during the initial install as well scheduled services, hands down the best tech ever.

Kevin with Robinson Air took time to check every system that could be affected by the shorted circuit board. He also explained what may be able to wait and what is essential to replace. My HVAC system stopped cooling so I called Robinson Air. They sent a service technician out the next day and within the allotted time window. The service technician, Kevin Ballard, was great. The company has lost a lot of efficiency the last 18-24 months, office/management/customer service. Our last two check-ups were three months late and we had to call to set them up even after being assure they would call and set it up. I hope the new ownership gets their act together and once again is as good as the technicians are and as good as the original owners were!
