We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!

No matter when I need them they always come through in true fashion. Twice in the past 30 days, once for my A/C and then now for a plumbing issue. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. They need to give Alexis (Sorry of if I spelled it wrong) a raise, hands down the best customer service on the planet, always compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of and rather than tell you no right away, she always lets you know that she will talk with the higher ups to see if there is a way to make it happen. She definitely deserves a huge thank you for all she does.

Kevin and Adam came out to do routine tune-up on furnace and A/C unit. They sent a text ahead of time so we’d be ready, and they were personable, professional, and quick while they were here. They had a couple suggestions for keeping the equipment running better, and seemed very knowledgeable. Will happily continue to do business with Robinson as long as they continue to staff exemplary employees like these guys.

The install team Kerwin, and Nick were awesome. Finished the job in one day, gave a thorough review of the new system and all of its bells and whistles. And did an excellent job cleaning up the mess made from removing the unit. Highly recommend Robinson Air and their seasonal inspection/monthly maintenance program. So far it has saved me money on repairs, and kept everyone from getting sick from carbon monoxide from the unit that was removed.

This is an update, it would not let me review again! Kevin came out today 10/14/25 and completed my regular maintenance/tune-up he was awesome and took the time to answer my questions, he also gave some great pointers on keeping my unit lasting a little longer, as well as great pointers on CO2 detector placement! Explained many aspects of issues now and for the future. Lot of good information. Would ask to have him return next time.

I know little about HVAC, but the install looks fine. I was given advanced notice of the crew's arrival. They were prompt, professional, and courtious. They told me what they were going to do and how long it would take; and finished on time. Brandon also showed me how to use the thermostat and briefed me on how to call in for regular maintenance.

I just moved here from Connecticut and needed assistance with my AC Unit so I called Robinson Air and they sent out a tech named Kevin. Let me describe him so that you get an idea of the service that I received, PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY...he helped me with the programming of my thermostat, went through the aspects of my heating and cooling systems with me (in detail) and diagnosed a problem with the AC unit. Thank you Kevin!

We called for a maintenance appointment on Monday and we’re given an appointment for Thursday! Technician Mike Meagher arrived on time, introduced himself and explained everything he was doing for us. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He very graciously accepted our 14 year old blind barking dog too! That gets Mike 1,000 extra points! Great service!

Great service and customer service care from Kevin today check whole A/C system made minor repairs had great recommendations on the system itself on how to keep up with the system. All around great experience working with Kevin felt like family coming to help.

Mr.Brandon did amazing job ! Normally other technicians come and in 5 minutes are out . One of them left a A/C hose unhook and gave an estimate for just hook the hose and put some tape on that probably take less than a minute. But Brandon went beyond of what I have seen before and cleaned the A/C unit on the back of the house that nobody had done since i have been in robinson membership. Hopefully my power bill will decrease now from over $400 that PSO is overcharging us . Thank you brandon I hope are more technician like him.

At the beginning of summer in a new house we called Robinson when the ac stopped working- they forgot to check the refrigerant so multiple trips had to be made while we were in a hot house. Once that was refilled we were good to go. Kevin & Mike came back after summer to replace the filter and check on everything- Kevin was so polite and thorough explaining everything to me, I really appreciated him! If I can request the tech, I’ll request Kevin from now on!

We called American Home Shield and they called AllTech. We have been out of AC for 3 weeks now. We finally called Robinson Air for a second opinion. Manny came out and flipped a breaker by the unit and in 15 minutes we got air!!! Thank you so much for your thorough technicians. 15 minutes yall!
