Mike Heinlien came out performed routine maintenance on my A/C unit. He was very thorough with his inpection and when he spotted an issue, he explained in detail the issue and how to fix it which includled the costs. Mike was very honest in his evaluation of my unit and made some recommendations. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit and prepared all of the necessary paper work and the total costs. I was very impressed with his integrity and his work ethic. Please keep him around. Thank-you.

Jacob and Ryan they did a great job removing the old heating unit and putting in a new unit inside and outside. They were very professional in doing the job. They hauled off the old ones. They left it clean when they finished. They told me all about the unit and asked if I had any questions about it. Very nice guys. 5 Stars job.

Adam took time to explain everything to me and showed me on camera the various parts of my system that are good or may require work in the future. He made sure everything was running well and identified things previous missed by another company. He built a trust relationship and calmed my nervousness about the system. Strongly recommend.

We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!

No matter when I need them they always come through in true fashion. Twice in the past 30 days, once for my A/C and then now for a plumbing issue. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. They need to give Alexis (Sorry of if I spelled it wrong) a raise, hands down the best customer service on the planet, always compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of and rather than tell you no right away, she always lets you know that she will talk with the higher ups to see if there is a way to make it happen. She definitely deserves a huge thank you for all she does.

The install team Kerwin, and Nick were awesome. Finished the job in one day, gave a thorough review of the new system and all of its bells and whistles. And did an excellent job cleaning up the mess made from removing the unit. Highly recommend Robinson Air and their seasonal inspection/monthly maintenance program. So far it has saved me money on repairs, and kept everyone from getting sick from carbon monoxide from the unit that was removed.

I know little about HVAC, but the install looks fine. I was given advanced notice of the crew's arrival. They were prompt, professional, and courtious. They told me what they were going to do and how long it would take; and finished on time. Brandon also showed me how to use the thermostat and briefed me on how to call in for regular maintenance.
