I was very impressed with Lewis. We sat down and went over every option that they offer. He was also kind, courteous and very helpful. He did not take advantage because I was a woman. He treated me like everyone else. I believe it was a fair price and was satisfied with the options that I choose. Thank you again, Robinson air!!

Reuben was the best plumber I seen in a long time. Needed help with our faucets for the bathroom sink, and he fixed it right away for us! Best customer service too!

Our hot water heater needed replacing and we were given an install date of Wed Feb25th. Shortly after scheduling the service, Reuben reached out to my husband and offered to come 4 days early, on a Sunday no less. We are incredibly grateful for the prompt installation. Reuben was pleasant and professional, even with it being a difficult installation.
All of my calls to Robinson were answered swiftly throughout the process and I appreciate the option to communicate via text. We were well informed throughout the process. Prices were made clear upfront.

I was luckily able to get my leaking hot water heater replaced and installed in the same day. Everyone involved were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to be sure I received the quickest service to regain my comfort. My hot water heater was back up and working by the evening! I also took advantage of their ROBINSON AIR COMFORT CLUB MEMBERSHIP which includes up to twice a year complete system maintenance, discounted repairs, priority service, free standard 1 inch filters and more. All for a very reasonable monthly or one time annual fee. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing!

Such a wonderful experience starting with the first phone call. My call was answered with a polite and informative responses, and a technician was scheduled to come out the very next day! Our technician, Kevin, was friendly, thorough, and laid out all of our options nicely and completely when having issues with our dryer vent system. Also, very reasonable prices! Adam Freeman originally came to do the service check. My unit was originally installed by a now out of business service. There were several issues (of which I was aware) the previous techs had...plundered. I had intended to have these issues corrected but Adam pointed out how fixing these now could save my new unit from future repair costs if left unattended. He was knowledgeable and explained what and why the various things were being done. One example of the repairs he made? The techs that installed this new unit (now 2 years old) had ran the condensation drainage through the filter housing. Essentially compromising the efficiency of the filter leaving a 4 inch gap that was sealed with foil tape. The actual filter should have been a 20 inch filter not a 16 that was "urban engineered" to fit. In short I appreciated his honesty and professionalism in doing the job quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. I could have paid more and not have had the issue appropriately addressed. I feel confident that my unit will be in service for many years to come. Thanks to Adam's exceptional service.

Called to have someone check out our furnace and they sent someone out same day. Our technician Manny was friendly and professional, and did a good job explaining things in an understandable way. Overall the value for service was really reasonable.

The person they sent was Ruben. He was so nice. It was snowing, icy and freezing but he still greeted me with an introduction and a smile. He explained what was wrong with our fireplace in terms that I could understand and let me know about the plumbing deals going on AND discounts that were available if we signed up for a membership. Because of Ruben, we now have a reliable company that we can depend on and a safe gas line for a cozy fire.

Bought a brand new system 2 years ago from Robinson Air that wouldn't come on. They sent a tech out by the name of "Kevin Ballard ". Adam was very knowledgeable and professional! He took extra time to fix an airflow problem that we have been having for several seasons. He answered all our questions without hesitation!

Mike Heinlien came out performed routine maintenance on my A/C unit. He was very thorough with his inpection and when he spotted an issue, he explained in detail the issue and how to fix it which includled the costs. Mike was very honest in his evaluation of my unit and made some recommendations. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit and prepared all of the necessary paper work and the total costs. We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!

They need to give Alexis (Sorry of if I spelled it wrong) a raise, hands down the best customer service on the planet, always compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of and rather than tell you no right away, she always lets you know that she will talk with the higher ups to see if there is a way to make it happen. Kevin and Adam came out to do routine tune-up on furnace and A/C unit. They sent a text ahead of time so we’d be ready, and they were personable, professional, and quick while they were here. They had a couple suggestions for keeping the equipment running better, and seemed very knowledgeable. Will happily continue to do business with Robinson as long as they continue to staff exemplary employees like these guys.
