10/10. Amazing. I sent a request last night via the company website and got a call around 9 A.M this morning saying a Plumber would be available between now and Noon. Within 45 minutes Ruben called me and said he was on his was. Ruben came to service a clog in my bathroom. I spent hours the night before snaking it with no luck. He explained what he wanted to do and gave me some options to choose from. I decided and he cleared the drain and ran a camera so we can see whats going on. He was extremely poliet, professional, understanding and quick in everything he did. Not only that, he was respectful of our home and treated it as his own. My past two experiences with this company has lifted a great weight of my shoudlers. I HIGHLY recommend calling Robinson for any plumbing needs. If you're concerned about the price, just know that you are getting high quality, honest working men and woman who truly do care and who want to help.

Nick and Kerwin from Robinson Air completely exceeded my expectations during our full HVAC system replacement. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of my home. Nick handled all of the indoor work up in the attic, taking care of the ductwork and ventilation components with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was properly installed and functioning as it should. Kerwin worked on the outdoor unit and system setup, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing—everything was handled efficiently and with care. What really stood out to me was how well they communicated throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and even showed me pictures so I could understand the work being done behind the scenes. That level of transparency meant a lot. On top of that, they left my home just as clean as they found it—no mess, no debris, nothing left behind. It’s not always easy having major work done in your home, but Nick and Kerwin made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re getting HVAC work done, I highly recommend asking for them. You’ll be in great hands.

I had my first AC system maintenance from Manny, with Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable, as is anyone I have dealt with from the company. After servicing the equipment in the attic he went outside to service the compressor. He found out he couldn’t remove the circuit breaker from the back of the unit. Due to some loose wiring the connection had heated up and melted the breaker switch in place. Manny was able to fix the problem completely. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing!

From the day I called for an estimate to fix a plumbing leak in my front yard, to the day Reuben Montanez and Ryan came to repair it has been the most awesome experience. They were so polite and helpful! They worked hard and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. And the price of the replacement was very affordable. They addressed ALL our concerns and questions. Same day inspection and fast scheduling. Will definately sleep better tonight. Day one of installation. So fast and well done. Jacob and partner are easy to communicate with and very courteous. Almost done. Final ... beautiful system and water heater. Air scrubber is a noticeable difference in air quality too. Every followup tweaks were handled really fast and professionably. Friendly people working for this company. Plumber Mr Wilkes and tech Adam Freeman have 5 star ratings too. We will be using the semi annual system checks too. Thank you everyone.

Can’t sing enough praise of William and Christian my AC techs that came out today. They cleaned my system up, and went above and beyond to install new drainage pump. Prices were insanely reasonable. Absolute amazing customer service.

We had sewage coming up in our shower and toilet almost overflowing. Ryan came in and got right to work and fixed our problem! He was amazing with communicating what he was doing, being careful in our new house and cleaned the bathroom so good it looked like he was never even there!!! He was fantastic and made us feel better if we ever need to call a plumber again we will definitely be using this company again!

Update:: just had our spring checkup with Kerwin Clift inspecting our unit. Again, wonderful service with a very knowledgeable technician!!! Our unit has worked well, given us great temperature control in our home and our electric bill has dropped. We are very happy with our purchase!! 4-20-2026 We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!

Was due for my annual tune up and noticed my ac wasn’t working properly. I called on Friday late afternoon and was told the could have someone out here Tuesday and would put me on the emergency list. Last night at 8pm Alexis text me that I was put on the list for Saturday morning and would get it looked out and the tune up done. Kevin came out and did a great job. Big shout out to Kevin. He walked me through everything and what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was super professional.

Adam provided great service while performing maintenance on my HVAC system today and explained all with great ease.

They sent a young man named Adam out to service the AC units. He noticed that one unit looked different that the other even though I told him they were supposed to match. He went into the attic and found the second units air scrubber and took pictures just validating that it was there. Robinson air had installed the units so him questioning and looking was like double checking the work. That type of honesty is nice to get especially when other HVAC companies I have caught trying to cheat me. I can't express enough how good it is when people check their own work and just do the right thing.

Tech shld be promoted ahead of peers… very patient and professional...This is an edit of a previous review but the same tech came out for related plumbing issues and was extremely professional and understanding of our issues no matter how minor. Even the phone staff during a communications issues on appointment time and date was extremely professional and understanding. Contractors throughout this service area should take note of your practices. I was extremely pleased and happy with my service despite how minor the issue actually was.

Kevin has been truly helpful in getting my A/C concerns addressed. When he couldn't fix the issue by himself he immediately got ahold of the people that could to get it resolved. Really professional.

We have been using Robinson Air for many years for HVAC and plumbing services and they never fail! Today, we had an issue with the air conditioner and after calling they sent over Brandon. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it with ease. He also performed the spring maintenance on the system and also help reconnect the thermostat to our app. He was knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely stay with this company for many years to come!

Called for service this morning and they showed up this afternoon. Manny Vega conducted my seasonal tune-up, and got my unit back up and running and recommended things to extend the life of the unit and prevent the same failure from happening again. Reuben was the best plumber I seen in a long time. Needed help with our faucets for the bathroom sink, and he fixed it right away for us! Best customer service too!

Our hot water heater needed replacing and we were given an install date of Wed Feb25th. Shortly after scheduling the service, Reuben reached out to my husband and offered to come 4 days early, on a Sunday no less. We are incredibly grateful for the prompt installation. Reuben was pleasant and professional, even with it being a difficult installation.
All of my calls to Robinson were answered swiftly throughout the process and I appreciate the option to communicate via text. We were well informed throughout the process. Prices were made clear upfront.

I was luckily able to get my leaking hot water heater replaced and installed in the same day. Everyone involved were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to be sure I received the quickest service to regain my comfort. My hot water heater was back up and working by the evening! I also took advantage of their ROBINSON AIR COMFORT CLUB MEMBERSHIP which includes up to twice a year complete system maintenance, discounted repairs, priority service, free standard 1 inch filters and more. All for a very reasonable monthly or one time annual fee. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing!

Adam Freeman originally came to do the service check. My unit was originally installed by a now out of business service. There were several issues (of which I was aware) the previous techs had...plundered. I had intended to have these issues corrected but Adam pointed out how fixing these now could save my new unit from future repair costs if left unattended. He was knowledgeable and explained what and why the various things were being done. One example of the repairs he made? The techs that installed this new unit (now 2 years old) had ran the condensation drainage through the filter housing. Essentially compromising the efficiency of the filter leaving a 4 inch gap that was sealed with foil tape. The actual filter should have been a 20 inch filter not a 16 that was "urban engineered" to fit. In short I appreciated his honesty and professionalism in doing the job quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. I could have paid more and not have had the issue appropriately addressed. I feel confident that my unit will be in service for many years to come. Thanks to Adam's exceptional service.

I got my new heating unit, I won through Lennox for having the oldest heating unit entered in the contest! Kerwin and Ryan came out for the installation. They were were quite exceptional in their knowledge and workmanship. They went above and beyond to get the new system put in and the old system removed. Called to have someone check out our furnace and they sent someone out same day. Our technician Manny was friendly and professional, and did a good job explaining things in an understandable way. Overall the value for service was really reasonable.

I got my new heating unit, I won through Lennox for having the oldest heating unit entered in the contest! Kerwin and Ryan came out for the installation. They were were quite exceptional in their knowledge and workmanship. They went above and beyond to get the new system put in and the old system removed. The person they sent was Ruben. He was so nice. It was snowing, icy and freezing but he still greeted me with an introduction and a smile. He explained what was wrong with our fireplace in terms that I could understand and let me know about the plumbing deals going on AND discounts that were available if we signed up for a membership. Because of Ruben, we now have a reliable company that we can depend on and a safe gas line for a cozy fire.

Adam was absolutely above exceptional in his understanding of repairing our Lennox heating system. In repairing the system he made us aware of the problem the best he could which made him seem utmostly trustworthy and the workmanship he demonstrated in fixing the heater is greatly appreciated. In my opinion, this employee is an asset to this company, a professional at his job and I would request his service in the future if needed, as well as giving Adam a great reference for a job well done.

Adam was very knowledgeable and professional! He took extra time to fix an airflow problem that we have been having for several seasons. He answered all our questions without hesitation!

Mike Heinlien came out performed routine maintenance on my A/C unit. He was very thorough with his inpection and when he spotted an issue, he explained in detail the issue and how to fix it which includled the costs. Mike was very honest in his evaluation of my unit and made some recommendations. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit and prepared all of the necessary paper work and the total costs.
