The install team Kerwin, and Nick were awesome. Finished the job in one day, gave a thorough review of the new system and all of its bells and whistles. And did an excellent job cleaning up the mess made from removing the unit. Highly recommend Robinson Air and their seasonal inspection/monthly maintenance program. So far it has saved me money on repairs, and kept everyone from getting sick from carbon monoxide from the unit that was removed.

Mike came out and performed a routine service on our unit and he did an outstanding job. He was on on-time, worked quickly and was very clear and helpful in explaining everything he was doing. He definitely knew his job well! On top of that, we have little kids at home, and despite a couple of unexpected flying toys and distractions, he stayed calm, professional, and handled everything with patience and great reflexes.
