We’re here for our community! To demonstrate the point, let’s look at a 100% real customer review from early June of 2021. It’s incredible how much communication goes into a proper HVAC service call, (we removed names and shortened it a tiny bit).
I called on a Saturday after my AC broke down. They were cordial and responsive, and our tech called to let me know when he was on his way the following day so we were prepared. Upon arrival, he was conversant without wasting time. He asked for our observations concerning the AC, then performed tests. Afterward, he explained the testing and results. He described the broken part and its purpose, then replaced the outside compressor unit and explained each step of the process as he went. In addition, he checked out the entire system even though he had to crawl the length of the house in the attic. Finally, he answered our questions thoughtfully and clearly.
