Hello! We’d like to shine a light on the feedback we continue to get from families about our HVAC services across the SW Oklahoma region. What a privilege and honor! Truth is, most people don’t have time to sit down and absorb 100, 200, 300, or 400 reviews (we have thousands at this point).

So, below, we’d like to look at a handful of reviews and make it simple to get the gist of what folks are focusing on in just a minute or two.

All we’ve done is remove the specific names of employees or homeowners and do a little light editing. As we all know, most people write reviews in a hurry, when they’re excited, and so the writing is less formal.

Appreciation For Our Professional, No-Sales Approach

When you have heating or AC issues pop up and reach out for help, the last thing you want is someone trying to sell you something. You need an HVAC specialist who fills you in, does good work, and provides thoughtful answers. We honestly couldn’t agree more. This is something widely reflected in our feedback.

Everyone from the moment you call is friendly, professional and helpful! They know my system is 13 years old, but they haven’t tried to tell me I HAVE to replace it. The gentleman from Robinson who shows up at my house every time I call in is excellent, and I love working with him. He knows what he’s doing, he lets me know what’s going on, makes recommendations but does exactly what I ask. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

At Robinson, we’re not salespeople. Sure, we have to sell great HVAC products and plumbing services to keep the lights on, but people are our focus. This is the cornerstone of our reputation across the area.

Appreciation For Our Around-The-Clock Service

Did you know we have what we call a 2 AM Standard? It means you can call us around the clock for HVAC issues, even on weekends. How many others are there in S.W. Oklahoma (we’re based in Lawton) who you can depend on like this, in the heat of summer or the frigid cold of winter?

Not many!

Our technician is one of the most genuine, nicest people my wife and I have ever met. He was professional and courteous and wouldn’t leave without making sure we were 100% a go! I’ll never call another company other than Robinson Air. Our tech is definitely getting a Christmas card from us. He made our whole night better! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Btw the only company that answered my call after hours – they were my fourth call. No longer will they be 4th. They’re our go-to!

We’ve gotten lots of little gifts from our customers over the years. Christmas cards, more personalized cards, knick-knacks, cookies, etc. This is what makes our ‘jobs’ much more than just a way to collect a paycheck. It’s our home away from home.

Frankly, after decades in business and decades of continually focusing on making our service experience better – it’s like clockwork. Are we perfect? No, we aren’t going to make that bold of a claim.

But the beauty is that by constantly reaching for and striving for perfection, we’ve really built an excellent process.

A very professional, polite, trustworthy, and on-time, on-schedule service team. No hassles or runarounds. Excellent business and technician team! 100% quality services and comfortable prices to match! Thank you for all that you guys do! I greatly appreciate it!

Appreciation For Our Small-Town, Family-Company ‘Feel’

Here’s the thing: we really are a small-town, family-run company. It’s not an act. When we got started, the Lawton area wasn’t as big as it is now (our founder went to Lawton High). We’ve grown with the region, and you can tell when you work with us.

First, I want to give a shout-out to the Robinson customer service rep we worked with. So nice! Gives you that small-town feel when you call. Both times I’ve called, it’s been that way. Second, the HVAC service tech, is so nice and professional. I requested him because he had been to our house for a different issue, and we appreciated his service. Thorough, professional, and represents Robinson Air the right way! Thank you for helping us! Btw, we needed him on a Sunday, and within the hour, he was fixing our issue. Never had service like this!!!

Within the hour on a Sunday. That right there is classic small-town etiquette. We’re proud to be of service. You might not think much about your AC/plumbing when it’s working, but when something goes wrong, it’s nice to know you can always call Robinson.
