When you have thousands of customer reviews like we do, they sort of lose a little bit of their individuality. Like living in Lawton (where we’re based out of) vs. Oklahoma City. Folks head online to see what people are saying about us, and they’re, well…bombarded by a digital mountain of positive feedback on multiple platforms.

So today, we’d like to shine a spotlight on three reviews from three different families who called us for three different reasons.

We think they touch on most of the main points or themes you’ll find sprinkled throughout our customer feedback.

Spotlight Review #1: Replacing Woody’s AC System

Saving Money & Being Well Taken Care Of

“I was tired of constantly repairing my air conditioning system, always wondering when it was going to fail on me. I contacted Robinson, and they came out to the house and showed me how I could save money on my electric bill by installing a new Amana energy-efficient system.”

Once you work with us and get to know more about Our Story in the area, you’ll see we’re not a profit-driven company. We’re FAR more concerned with being of service. Woody had done a great job keeping his old system putting along, but it was costing him money.

Spotlight Review #2: Donna’s Water Heater Emergency

Super-Fast & Effective Service When Her Family Needed It

“Our water heater leaked, flooding our garage last night! I called Robinson Air when they opened this morning & left a message, but they returned my call within ten minutes.”

10 minutes. She could’ve called us earlier, but Donna wasn’t aware of our 2 a.m. Standard. While it doesn’t technically apply to our plumbing services, the point is that we work hard to be VERY accessible – so you can count on us when emergencies pop up.

We’re here for the Southern Oklahoma towns and surrounding communities we serve.

“I explained our situation with the water heater & that we needed a new one & they said they’d have someone come to look at it & give me a price. Within an hour, they arrived and gave me a price for a replacement, which I accepted & they started on it right then.”

Within a little over an hour of her call, we had a specialist at her house explaining everything and being detailed about the price for the solution she chose. Once accepted, boom, our tech got to work right then and there. No time to waste!

“I called Robinson Air for a free estimate on some plumbing work at my house. Mostly, I wanted to see if the first company was giving me a fair price or ripping me off. After meeting Robinson’s plumber and explaining everything the first company’s leak detection told me, he gave me an estimate that was less than a third of the price! Absolutely amazing.”

Because of our reputation, locals often call us to see if the prices they got from other contractors are reasonable. Then, what usually happens is our expertise, and transparent pricing tend to impress. So, folks choose us, just like Joseph did.

“I scheduled an appointment to get the plumbing fixed that same day for the following week. They were really easy to work with.
