If a homeowner chooses to have one of our top-tier systems installed, either #1 or #2 in the industry, we promise that their utility costs will decline by a minimum of 20%. If our #1 HVAC system is installed, we guarantee a minimum of 25% monthly savings.

We aim to surpass these margins to cut homeowners’ utility bills in half — who wouldn’t want that? But, if the new system we installed isn’t reducing energy and heating costs by the desired intervals, we pay out of pocket to match the difference.

We Even Paid A Homeowner $500 Toward Utility Costs

As you know by now, we are sticklers for doing things the right way the first time. So when we got a phone call from a past customer who claimed his utility bills hadn’t declined by our guaranteed minimum of 20% for his system, we knew something was wrong.

The customer, Jared, compiled all his bills together for us from the previous year, and, lo and behold, he was right!
