In this quick little case study, we’d like to share a story about a super-friendly SW Oklahoma man named Eros. He’s got multiple properties in the area that he manages, and he’s chosen to work with us on multiple occasions.

Let’s explore why Eros continues to choose Robinson Air and why, just recently, he stopped by our office to bring us treats.

How Did Eros Hear About Us?

While we’ve been around for decades, have thousands of reviews, and even star in local commercials (with our own brand of humor), not everyone has heard of us. When a problem arose at one of his rental properties, Eros had an employee head online and get him a reputable company to call and find out what was going on.

She did some research, found us, browsed our website, and was confident enough to give us a call. Like many others do, she told us what they were experiencing and asked a few questions, then scheduled a visit.

What Work Have We Done For Eros?

So far, we’ve gone on a couple of service calls for Eros to check AC units, troubleshoot them, report back, and then clean and repair the units. A few things that convinced Eros we’re his go-to from now on, in his own words, are:

  • They quickly and honestly told me what was wrong and fixed it with no issues.
  • Despite calling them after hours, they were exceedingly friendly and accommodating.
  • They kept me in the loop and were always right on time.
  • Their prices aren’t ‘cheap,’ but the quality and the service make up for it.

This is why Eros was adamant that he isn’t going to bother looking for any other SW Oklahoma HVAC contractors, especially when it comes time to replace the units. For him, this is a relief.
