A couple of days after you’ve had one of our friendly technicians or plumbers work on your home, you’re going to get a tin of cookies from Robinson Air.
We’re not kidding… these are actually really good cookies.
They come in a baker’s dozen with four flavors:
- Chocolate Chip
- Macadamia Nut
- Oatmeal Raisin
It’s been a small tasty detail of The Robinson story for as long as we can remember.
Our first New AC Installation projects got them back in the day as we were getting off the ground, but they were from a different cookie maker.
We see it as an old fashioned and time-tested way to say:
“Thank you. We appreciate your business. And we’re thinking about you.”
Definitely a comfort food that fits right in after we’ve got your home working optimally again.
Along with the tin of treats we send a report card, which believe it or not, a lot of homeowners fill out and send back to us (the cookies help). Like showing gratitude, getting feedback has always been critical to us.
Not long after you get our gift and report card, you’ll receive your first follow-up call from someone in our office who’s going through a strict internal checklist we have for every project. A step-by-step way to ensure each detail is perfect, which includes touching base with you.
We need to know things like…

- How is the AC Repair solution we provided holding up?
The truth is we always want to be the ones calling you. We want to be the ones calling before anything goes wrong, so our routine upkeep of your systems during the summer and winter seasons goes down as smoothly as one of our chocolate chip cookies.
