Upgrading 72 Systems For Military Housing In One Go!

Today we’d like to share with you one rather extensive example that demonstrates why Robinson Air is consistently chosen to provide professional HVAC services to our proud military families here in S.W. Oklahoma.

We started this particular project in 2020, but because of certain nation-wide circumstances (the epidemic), we got the brunt of it done in 2021.

What We Accomplished

We installed a whopping 72 brand new 3-ton systems for 72 homes on base for military housing (and replaced out-of-date duct systems). No easy feat! These are top-notch, high-performance systems that are a huge upgrade to what they had before, which weren’t quite as efficient. And when you’re talking about that much energy usage, it really adds up even if each system is only say, 5% less efficient.

Of course this was for Fort Sill under a grant awarded to Corvias Property Management, a company that provides quality military housing for our men and women in uniform: Fort Bragg, Fort Meade, Fort Polk, Fort Riley, Fort Rucker, etc.

Long story short – they were so happy with our workmanship, timeliness, and overall process that we were awarded another project for them this year (2022) for 5 multi-family homes. In truth though, we’ve been doing work with Corvias for about three years now and counting.

Are there other bidders? Sure! But at this point, we get a bit of preferential treatment because of our fantastic working history.
