We had a woman frantically reach out to us about a leak in her basement. She wanted a sump pump to be put into the basement because standing water had collected down there and it was becoming a problem.

Of course, we did that, but we also had to let her know that it wouldn’t address or fix the overall problem – the basement wasn’t sealed properly. And unfortunately, the seller of the home didn’t say anything.
